President: Assiz Ramos: Agronomist, specialist in technical assistance and rural extension; environmental planning and management with over 35 years of experience in international projects, member of the IDS board of directors for over 20 years;

Project Director: Eustáquio Costa: Bachelor of Economic Sciences, specialist in organizational consultancy with 40 years of experience in formulating and implementing economic and environmental projects in agriculture, industry and services.

Administrative Director: Mariangela Borges de Araújo: Civil engineer specialized in economic management of the environment with 25 years of experience in studies and environmental licensing of large mining and infrastructure projects.
